"Very well. They scheduled with us, and installed on the same day we got our new furnace. They worked with the HVAC guys so that everyone could do what they needed and still get out of the driveway. Usually buying windows is as ugly as buying a used car. This was painless. They gave us a price and that was a promise. Took a while to get the windows, but supply chain issues, NOT Zen was the key. They were WONDERFUL!  Very precise with tile placement. They cleaned up after themselves each day and worked quickly and efficiently!

We had a problem with the tile.  We didn't realize until they were 3/4 of the way through the job that the tile company gave him the wrong tile.  Dan was very patient and understanding.  They took down the wrong tile and installed the correct tile without a complaint.

My shower is absolutely beautiful!  Now I can't wait for them to do the bathroom floor and the backsplash in my kitchen!!!
