"I had a horrible little galley kitchen with a partial wall that separated it from the living and dining room area. It had very little counter space and was in desperate need of an update (circa 1983). I hired Johnson and Sons and they did not disappoint. I now have an amazing open concept kitchen with tons of counterspace. It still amazes me how big the kitchen and living area feels now. Ok so down to some details. They replaced cabinets and countertops, installed an island, tile backsplash, new flooring and scraped and resurfaced the ceiling (I had the old acoustic ceiling) for the kitchen, dining room and living room. Vic, Jon and crew were professional, honest and did beautiful work. Vic provided guidance when picking out materials and kept communication with me throughout the remodel so that I knew what to expect and when to expect it. My house is an older home and it is not without its issues. I really appreciate how hard Jon and crew worked to make the old look new again like the extra texture on the walls to help match to new ceiling and find solutions for a few of the uncovered issues like a joist where the hood vent needed to be, beat up base trim and older electrical wiring. They really went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with my kitchen remodel. I highly recommend Johnson and Sons Construction and would hire them again."

"?????????????????? This is our first project Bello. The first was a small bath redo that included floor leveling and bringing a 1960?s bathroom totally up to date. The team did an excellent job. We then contracted Bello for a major kitchen and primary bath remodeling job. We opened up the kitchen and added loads of storage. The bathroom involved moving plumbing, installing a pocket door and better ventilation. The materials and colors offered and the selections are beautiful. The cabinetry is high quality. Last minute changes were handled without issue. Touch ups were done when needed and all work was finished to a professional level."

"Overall the project went very well. We interviewed 5 different contractors and picked Vic because we liked his price, we liked the fact that he was going to do most of the work himself, and we felt that we could work with him. The project was supposed to be done in about a month, and ended up taking close to 2 months. Part of the delay was materials and the plumber, and a few days were lost because of surgery and a previously scheduled vacation, but ultimately we did get the bathroom and tub room we had hoped for. Although we were originally considering luxury vinyl, Vic did steer us toward tile. He did an excellent job of installing the tile on the floor and around the new tub, and it all looks beautiful. He also did several small things at the end of the project (such as replacing towel bars in another bathroom, installing a curtain rods and a shade, and replacing an electrical outlet) at no cost."

"Khoa was great to work with. Both he and Anthony were extremely professional, very clean, and do great work. We had Khoa and Anthony replace all the windows in our house, remodeled a bathroom (vanity install, toilet, tile floor), and tore down a wall we wanted out. Khoa answered all my questions up front - provided multiple estimates on ideas we were considering - and was very competitive in his pricing! "Allan is a highly skilled, hard-working, smart, reliable and honest contractor who attends to details—and has a great sense of humor. He did most of the work himself but also hired and worked well with sub-contractors. He started with our garage, creating plans for a remodel with the help of an architect and then precisely implemented those plans. He went on to demolish our old kitchen (to the studs and sub-floor) and rebuild it, according to architectural blueprints. The job required reframing three windows, building walls, putting in a new fir floor, installing cabinetry and a very heavy but beautiful hood/vent, installing appliances, tiling and painting walls, window frames and a box-beam ceiling. A complicated part of the job was building a permanent buffet with rounded corners and tempered glass inserts which he did well. He also built walls and laid flooring in our laundry room. We feel so lucky to have found and worked with Allan, and we’re hoping to be able to work with him again on future projects."
