"Jeramie is an expert in the craft of laying tile. He make sure everything is shimmed to be perfectly parallel, perpendicular, and plum. He identified a leak problem around my bathtub die to grout cracking. He carefully chiseled out the grout that should not have been at the tub/wall, or the tub / floor junction, cleaned everything up and replaced with beautifully done caulking. He figured out why my tub seemed to be leaking water to one corner. It was not level. He saw that the glass doors were not parallel to the wall because the wall was not square. He found the tiling had been done on drywall not cement board and had swelled because of multiple cracks in the grout. He replaced the damaged dry board next to the tile, checked the plumbing to the tub and sealed it up again with meticulous plastering and smoothing, painting. He had to cut a new piece of tile from a 12 x 12, the only thing I had, to finish the job. Skylight water damage: he and Kevin removed a huge piece of drywall from the well of a 4 x 4 skylight that had leaked. It looks as though it never happened now. They worked with my family member who lived in the house navigating their complicated work schedules, would come at the time appointed, whether early or late, work very professionally, and respectfully. Jeramie presents his clear itemized work and cost plan, which is carefully written out day by day what would be done. This is a very professional worker who goes far beyond being a Tile expert. I will engage them now to repair my front porch in a 1905 house, because they are good carpenters as well. They know about plumbing issues and bathroom, remodels, and spontaneously agreed to take on cutting a hole in granite to place a Vessel sink in an unrelated, unlisted project.they work with care, stay as long as it takes to do the job right. They did an outstanding job on our fairly large master bathroom to prepare our house for sale. They must have sent their top performer: he was exceptionally conscientious and thorough.
