"Poorly! In the process of repairing the exterior damage to our home, the interior was flood twice causing extensive damage. Mistakes happen, but the way Matt Olson handled the situation was not acceptable. We were overly patient due to the fact he was an elder at our church. The repairs he did make have to be redone. We will have to move out of our home again. It has been two years since the first flooding and we still fighting to get reimbursed. We have been forced to hire an attorney and sue Mr. Olson. We cannot accept an reimbursement from the roofers insurance until Mr. Olson agrees to handle his portion. We have not slept in our master bedroom in almost two years. The originally damage to our home did not even affect the interior of our home."
