This was a complete tear off & decking install as required by code because the roof had the original cedar shakes under a 20+ year old roof & no decking. The whole thing took less than 2 days including clean up. The clean up required to get rid of the cedar shakes was monumental, but Jeff's guys did an outstanding job! Workmanship was great and materials high quality. Jeff offered options for roof vents and shingle styles. A very good value. Finally, after completing the roof, Jeff helped us find a great buy on new gutter guard materials. Definitely recommend Eclipse Roofing and would use them again. Jim"

"The installation looks decent, but found it annoying that the entire time he was trying to upsell me on additional services that I don't need and didn't ask for. I came down at one point after he had started installing the new receptacle in the garage and found he had the covers off of my furnace (in a room he wasn't working in), "just in case" I decide to sign up for the annual service. It was exhausting turning down the "annual" service no less than 15 times during the day. I also had another contractor coming to provide an estimate for a sprinkler system. As soon as MVP found out that's what they were quoting he was offering to put a receptacle in for that as well. I was turned off by the high pressure sales tactics."

"This all went very smoothly. Eric, owner of the company, and a partner, were very courteous, punctual, and careful with all the furnished surroundings. They took off their shoes upon entering the house, so as not to dirty any floors. They had to remove a huge two-piece water softening unit with one piece weighing about 200 pounds or so. Eric and his partner were very careful to slowly move the unit so as to not bump or mar any walls, doors, or woodwork. We really appreciated this-- as this unit was back in the basement and they had to move it upstairs and across a foyer to our front door. We would highly recommend Eric and his company Cut Rate hauling for any hauling or disposal needs."

"This is the only company I talked to that installs drains in the system so that the homeowner can manually winterize it!! This was a huge selling point for me and has already come in handy! Caleb was excellent to work with. He answered all of my questions and made an effort to work around my schedule instead of the other way around. The system was installed in 2 days as expected and had little impact on my time. Caleb came by after the installation to review the work and help me set up my WiFi controller. He was also quick to respond to my questions even after the installation. Be advised that the yard will be torn up a bit in the process. I think this is unavoidable and I feel that Caleb's team did a good job to minimize this."
