"I am very pleased with the way the shower now looks.  Due to cracked and old tiles, the shower leaks are now repaired. The leaks were due to the tiles, per plumber evaluation.  The shower full was completely replaced with new tile.  I had no idea it would look as beautiful as it does. 
The work was completed in 1-1/2 days. The technicians, Ryan and Cory worked diligently and professionally in a very "hot" bathroom. They were very considerate of my pets and  my work environment.
Dennie made it a point to check with the men and see that all was going accordingly.  He also checked multiple times with me to see if I was satisfied with the way the job was going.

"Very talented, respectful to me and his workers. I feel I received great service and value for the price of this project. Once a start date was determined, Mark and his assistants came on those days. When I asked for suggestions, Mark gave input. 2 baths remodeled. I purchased vanities/toilets/faucets/tile/etc on my own: Master bath, demo fiberglass tub and replaced with tile shower. Tiled floor, installed new toilet and vanity, hung mirror & medicine cabinet. Hall bath, demo fibroglass tub, replaced tub with tile to ceiling, tiled floor, installed new toilet and vanity, hung mirror & medicine cabinet. I am completely satisfied with Mark's workmanship and would definitely hire for future projects. I gave a referral to my friend and she used Mark to tile her shower, hang shower doors and install new vanity top. She too was completely satisfied."

"Everything went "more than right"! Since I live and work in NYC, I contacted Joe by phone to ask whether (a) he'd do a move on Veteran's Day (a federal holiday, after all) and (b) whether he needed to do an in-person estimate. After I told him which pieces I wanted to move, he said they'd all fit in the truck so there was no reason for an in-person estimate. We settled on a 9 A.M. move (without me having to take a day off from work for the estimate). He and his team arrived absolutely on time -- perhaps even a little early. I'd changed which pieces I needed moved (more chairs, fewer dressers/chests), but he assured me they'd all still fit. He also noted that he'd brought too many men. This turned out to be to my advantage, though, because the movers had the truck and a car and I, a non-driver, was able to hitch a ride in the car, ensuring the movers, furniture, and I all arrived at Country Meadows Bethlehem simultaneously. Joe and his team needed only about 10 minutes to put the furniture in the truck and perhaps 15 minutes to move it into the building, down the hall, and into my mom's alcove studio. All four movers could not have been nicer or more professional. All this for only $260! I don't think there is a better moving value out there. Although I don't think I'll need to move any more of my mom's furniture to her new apartment, I would retain Ruth's Movers in a heartbeat to do so! In fact, they are movers with skill and "heart"!"

"I liked Chris immediately, however, the price he quoted was over my budget and did not include upgrading my 1st floor lineloeum.   I did get other estimates that were much more reasonable and included removing my 1st floor linoleum and replacing it with an ugrade.  Additionally, other estimates included painting more areas of the house than what Chris offered. 
Additionally, it seemed as if Chris was tremdously busy, and I respect that... But, I had to contact him (2 weeks) to ask for an estimate.  He did bring in a Paint specialist free of charge to discuss the type of paint I should be using.  When talking to the paint specialist I pinpointed to the detail exactly what I wanted to be performed in the house.   When I called Chris the second time a week after, he did not seem to know anything about my discussion with the Sherwin Williams paint specialist.
Chris seemed to be genuinely concerned about me and I am sure he would have done an outstanding job.  It's just that I needed to stay within my budget and also wanted my first floor to be upgraded.

"It went extremely well. The technician from Illinois Garage Repair was very professional and did an excellent job in replacing the garage door opener. He even went "beyond the call of duty" by programming all of my remote controls."
