Our project was turning a partially finished basement into a family room/office and a Pittsburgh potty into a half bath. His attention to detail was incredible. He did a great job matching the new walls with the existing walls swirl pattern and the baseboards look great. The bathroom turned out better than we could have imagined it. "Ray and the entire team were excellent! I had previously received an estimate from another company, but they used subcontractors for the actual work and this concerned me. Another company came out and took measurements, but never gave me an estimate. I got the feeling the job was too big for them. I was now really hesitant to trust anyone to do the work and wanted to make sure they were going to do it right. I went to the BBB and found Betterliving with an A+ rating. From the beginning, I felt comfortable. They explained everything, were more than open to additional phone calls to clarify any questions I had and gave me an estimate very quickly. They even took care of the permit that was required, so I didn't have to do any paperwork, handle the fee or answer questions. "I started working with Jim Seibert of Trademark Cabinet Company this summer in preparation for a significant kitchen overhaul in my townhouse. From the beginning, he was open to my questions and preferences, and helped me plan and design cabinets to fit in the existing footprint but far surpassed the functionality of my 1980s cabinets. When it came time to do the demo in October, he and his crew were both friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I watched them repeatedly do calm and focused problem-solving on the fly, and they finished earlier than we expected. Then when they brought the gorgeous cabinets we chose, they were meticulous in their installation and gracious as I watched the whole process from my spot on the stairs.
