"Robert Yoder came to my house to do my yearly check up today 10/14/2025 He was such a nice out going person and very pleasant to talk to. He was very detailed on what he did and took pictures of what he did. He must of asked me 10 times if I had any questions or concerns ( as he was going through all the stuff that he did) about anything, which showed he really cared about me (the consumer) and his line of work that he does. "For Fortunato Landscaping, Greg is a great salesman. Unfortunately, he doesn't deliver, or honor the warranty and has a temper. 1. exterior lighting. We had talked about putting in exterior lighting, but I had not yet approved. One day I got home from work, and there Greg was finishing the installation at the tune of $2500 on a small lot. He said he assumed I wanted it, but he would take it out if I didn't want it. I told him to let it remain. MISTAKE. It was poorly installed with wire lines running through flower beds, which was only a matter of time before they were going to get cut by a shovel. When I went to have the wires moved, it was impossible because they didn't provide enough latitude in the wiring to move them even an inch further out. Also, the wiring into the connection was shoddily done with exposed wire in some instances. 2. Inferior product. I three instances, some shrubs had dead branches or started to brownout. Greg said it was just trauma from being transplanted. He said he would replace them if they didn't come back. They all died. He did replace them but said it was my fault because I didn't water them. In reality, previously, he complimented me earlier in the summer on my watering. There was a 2 week period at the end of the summer, which I was only able to water periodically for a personal emergency. He billed me for 3 evergreen trees at full retail plus installation. I did not pay. 3. Over the course of a year, almost all of the materials he replanted on my property originally have died. 1 costly tree he brought in died. But the kicker was I had asked for 3 verbena to be planted in the front garden. I told him they did not look like verbena, and he assured me they were. The reality is they were not - they were an ordinary shrub like a butterfly bush. Greg was long gone by then, even though still under warranty- he refused to answer my phone calls, texts, or emails."

"Ben and his crews are absolutely fantastic!!! Always on time, phenomenal work - fair pricing and always on top of things. Twice, because of weather restrictions during the week, they actually came and took care of my yard on Holidays (Mother’s Day & Easter). The landscaping they do is always first rate and they never cut corners…..6 Stars…if that’s an actual rating. Hire Them!!!!!"

"The first salesman says one thing, the second salesman says another, the foreman says another, and the managers yet another.. They wouldn’t let me talk to the sales guy after we signed—RED FLAG. Really, for $25,000 dollars, I expected more than the runaround, the half-done job that sat for a week, the ignored requests, the foremen that kept changing/getting fired (?), and the stolen $50 extension cord THAT WAS MY ONLY POWER to their fan system.. you would think they would want to protect their work a bit better since we have the extended warranty. They were almost half the price of the other company we were looking at, and now, I’m pretty sure I know why. Probably not the best bang for the buck. But then again, they don’t have to live in my sinking house, so maybe it’s not that big a deal for them. I was less than impressed. They left clay and gravel all over my basement floor and some dirt all over my upstairs floor. We bought them pizza, made them coffee, and they were friendly enough when we talked with them, but we knew that they were scrambling to get jobs done. The salesman said they would provide an electrician if we needed one, but then they never delivered on that.. everyone is booked lately on electrical work, so I have a sump and fan system that currently has no power. I question the integrity and quality of this company. And I still have to get someone to fix my exterior wall because they don’t do that—not their bag, I get that, but it’s annoying. I just wish the job that was done was half as reassuring as the sales presentation."

"Rick and his crew transformed my jungle of a backyard into a nice, neat patio encircled by mulch where I can have plants I want and not the mass of weeds I had. I was pleased with the results."

"We had our basement waterproofed by Baker's. It's been bone-dry since. We did have one piece of equipment fail within a month of the installation, but it was a third party dehumidifier that was just a dud I guess, no fault of Baker's. I texted the project manager about it on a Sunday. I expected a response the following week. He got back to me within the hour. The equipment was removed and replaced within a couple days. Everything great since. I would highly recommend Baker's, but specifically our project manager Nathan Goddard and the head guy on site Daylan. Can't remember his last name, but he's got a long beard and did a great job. Thanks to both of them and the rest of the guys."

Katie is fantastic and keeps me informed and always up to date, workers are professional and neat.I will continue to use this company and recommend them to anyone with basement water issues."

"Trevor and his crew had come and scoped the job giving us an estimate. After we agreed they were chosen to the work, we were given a starting date. The crew showed up on time and worked for two and a half days to prepare the area for the patio extension and build a beautiful retaining wall for the area that set back into the hill. The stairs to the front door were replaced with newly constructed rebar and structural elements that will last for many more years than the original stair that only lasted 24 years. The new stairs now match the full width of the front porch which now looks much more symmetrical. The pad leading up to the stairs was enlarged and lengthened. They came back on the third day and the concrete was poured and finished. When they finished the work they made sure they cleaned up the job site and left everything as it was before. Trevor and his crew did an excellent job and we are so happy with how the job turned out and we highly recommend them for any work you may need completed."

"This is the second time I’ve used Advanced for my basement waterproofing needs and they were again fantastic. Work was done well and it was easy to schedule. They are low pressure so if you have a project and just need to get an opinion, reach out to them. Chris is great and very attentive and helpful. Both of my waterproofing jobs still cost less the the initial job from one of the big companies, so I was really pleased with their work and price. They did a nice job cleaning up (but concrete dust gets everywhere so I still have work to do). Highly recommend!!!! I also live in a township with strict permit codes and they knew to check and help with that process (the other company did not)."
