"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"project was going to cost me close to 5K windows had to be special ordered and then they were installed July 15 2020 however 1 window arrived cracked and the biggest window was lost when shipped the rep from the glass shop said it would be 2 weeks to get them shipped out again. well 2 months later nothing my balance is $695.00 and no contact from the company at all to give any updates about the windows I called them 9/16 and they said due to virus they hadnt received them I said I completely understand but some communication would be great to give me somewhat of an update, he said he was going to call manufacturing and call me back...........i wont hold my breath no call as of yet"

"Do not contract!! We paid them $16k to replace our roof and they have completely disappeared. They have since then disconnected their phone shut down their web page and social media's and do not respond to any messages via email. There are several complaints on BBB along with criminal charges pending in El Paso Texas."
