Cristian will give you an honest estimate for the work needed, and a very fair price once the work is done. Cristian will tell you what work needs to be done, and if you’re not home, will text you photos of what needs to be done. ( wife Home while I was at work) Cristian told me that most service tech aren’t really interested in fixing your appliance, but are more interested in charging you a service fee ($50-$75), then telling you your appliance can’t be repaired, or parts are no longer available. They do that 8 to 10 times a day, and make more money making service calls, than actually fixing appliances. I have to admit that that is exactly correct, because i’ve Experienced it. He explained that he would look at my dryer and then diagnose the problem. After determining what the problem was he quoted me the price for labor and parts. He replaced my faulty thermostats and completely vacuumed and cleaned out the interior of the dryer before re-installing the drum and putting everything back together.
