He installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced the associated plumbing with more reliable connections. He installed a new Moen shut off and leak detector and redid all of the associated plumbing. He pointed out the poor job my Home Warranty plumber did on the water heater installation (poor soldering, water leak, chamber on wrong water line.)"

What I can speak to is how he keeps you informed on everything from time/travel ETAs to what he's actually doing and things you might want to be aware of (electronic ignition, heat adjustment on the tank, etc) once he's finished with the job. In our case, the waterheater had been leaking in the garage and before he left he swept up and wiped down everything. In a word, he's thorough :) And he's pretty quick... especially considering he wrestles those waterheaters all on his lonesome! He works like a machine, keeps a great attitude throughout the job, and the overall quality is outstanding! I highly recommend him!!"

Juan, the installer was on time, courteous, self-effacing, humorous, knowledgable and highly skilled. He replaced the ugly functioning plumbing (piping) with a more contoured professional appearance. After the system instalation, function test, old water softener packed and area cleaned.
