When they had the space down to the studs, Michael sat down with us and discussed in detail the best possible use of the space and we couldn’t be happier with our final decision after going through the options. "Matt, Eric and team were great! they were here when they said they'd be here. Matt checked in almost every day even if he wasn't personally on the build that day. They had a "customer is always right" mentality and didn't penny pinch on change orders. Half way through the job Matt realized that the natural gas fire insert installation was more complex than his team's skills. He immediately sourced a specialized contractor to do that part of the job which gave us all a tremendous amount of confidence. The attention to detail was great and nothing was too big or too small to discuss. We are extremely satisfied with the end product. It looks great!"

I've done every type of residential building project imaginable; from an 11,000 square foot home (with three stair cases and an elevator) to trimming a window. I offer several payment options for homeowners; 1) quoted contract, 2) time & materials, or 3) hire by the hour. I also offer consulting services on your home design or, if you already have plans, I can review them for accuracy before your project begins. I've been able to save homeowners thousands of dollars by reviewing their plans BEFORE they begin their project. I also hold a Limited Specialty License (C-61) with a special designation (D-34) for any prefabricated commercial products you may need for your office or commercial building remodel, or ADA / handicap access compliance.
