"I am very pleased with the service provided by Service King. They were prompt, courteous, professional, polite, and friendly. Everything looks and smells great. I am especially pleased with my sofa. It is a light yellow color and cannot be cleaned with water which is why I had it cleaned professionally in the first place. Tony was honest about what could be done with it since this was the first time it has been cleaned since I've owned it. It looks so much better and smells great. Everything was completed in about an hour and a half and dried in about four hours. Deorderizing of our carpets was offered at a very resonable price and he even cleaned our bedside rugs for free. <br />"

"It went well. Everything was done as and when promised. When they saw little things that needed to be done, they either brought it to my attention or if it was minor just fixed it. Some of the "repairs" made were not standard and they figured out how to make it work. They are not a cookie cutter company and give their full attention to each job. And I felt as if, I was the only job they had at the time and that they were not hurrying to finish so they could collect my money and go to the next job. They had me check after each part of the job to see if I was pleased with their work (I was!:-)) and if I had any sort of issue with the project, they made it right. They came out to do the work on the inside of my home when I first moved to Sacramento in November of 2020 and when I was ready for my backyard to be done, I called them again last month to have them complete the vision I had for the yard. They did so and did a great job. Would I hire them again? Absolutely and I did and will again anytime I need anything done."

"We were extremely impressed with Garrett and his crew. They were punctual and communicated every step of the way. But, more importantly, they did an absolutely excellent job on the installation. We had some very nice baseboard trim installed about 5 years before and were hopeful that it would survive new flooring installation. It looks great. We have a spiral staircase that required a great deal of skill and imagination to deal with. We weren't sure that we could find someone who wanted to bother with it. Garrett took it as a challenge and it looks really nice."
