By the next morning the company owner (Vince) showed up in a company wrapped truck and logoed shirt making it easy to know who had arrived. Vince replaced my broken spring with a much longer one with a 30% higher cycle rating. He also helped program my built in car transmitter while he was there. Professional, prompt, and courteous. "Very fast response. Quick repair. Outrageously priced. Company is listed in yellow pages but no information is available. Address on receipt is for anther company not local. Technician stated springs were warranted for lifetime but warranty is not transferable. Also noted on receipt after he left that they will charge $89.00 service call on a warranty. Warranty on installation only good for 30 days. Do not suggest this company unless you need an emergency response and are willing pay for it. (I did)."

"Pat returned my call immediately and ended up coming out to repair my gate the same day! This was after waiting for a call back from the fence company who originally did all our fences and gates...I waited 6 days with no call back. Thank goodness for Pat and his son! The ended up having to saw off the hinge welds because one of the hinges was not moving much. The gate was repaired and welded back on in about 90 minutes! I was so impressed with his reasonable pricing and professionalism. I am going to have him do two other new projects that I was going to give my original fencing contractor."
