"We found Golden Aire when looking for a company that installs Rheem HVAC systems. Golden Aire installs other brands as well and we received quotes on those as well, but we were partial to Rheem as our house had a Rheem system that worked well and surprisingly efficiently for 30 years (the second system is still running as I'm writing this: 30 years and counting!). Ken Golden, the owner of Golden Aire, came to our house for a quote and impressed me right away with his knowledge, honesty and professionalism. Have him come give you a quote just to see the difference between his expertise and the salespeople that other companies send out to do their bids! His price was comparable to that of other companies who were pricing out less expensive brands. When his crew came out to do the job, they were also very courteous, professional and punctual. They replaced some incorrectly installed ducts at no cost and finished the job cleanly and exactly as promised. The office, also extremely courteous and professional, followed up with me to do the testing for the airconditioning a few months later (as it was installed in winter and couldn't be tested) and scheduled the inspection for me. We are definitely giving them a call if and when the other system goes out."

"The Central A/C installation was completed professionally and on schedule. The technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and left everything clean. I'm very happy with the quality of the service."

"Our experience was excellent! George, the owner, assessed our situation, which was needing a first-time new HVAC System, and gave his recommendations. We had good communication throughout the process. They were diligent, knowledgable, and efficient workers. In 30 years of being in Sacramento, we have never had a central air system. No more enduring the heat! We are very pleased. All at a very affordable price. Thanks!"

"This was actually service on a central unit NOT a window AC (selection was not available on project menu.) Chad did an excellent job. Professional, very courteous, and informative. He shared some tips on how we can maximize our units performance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"They installed a furnace and had to keep coming back to adjust it and even replaced a part. The warranty ran out a year later. But now, a year and a half later, they replaced it free of charge with a different brand."

"If you are in a jam, up against the wall, desperate or just plain don't know any other plumbing resource, then call Bonney. They are fast, courteous, professional - and outrageously expensive.
We called for plumbing help Friday AM and they sent someone out Monday. The plumber was here first thing, diagnosed the problem and wrote up a proposal. It was steep, but he was ready to solve all our plumbing problems, one stop and no more fuss - so I approved it.
In less than 90 minutes he had cleared the urinal drain and installed a new kitchen faucet. The faucet is exceptionally ugly, the worst Home Depot model possible. My mistake for accepting his choose A,B or C option. Although he indicated he would have to remove the urinal from the wall to access the drain line, I think he had a change of mind - the drain was rodded through the outlet after all, no removal - about 10 minutes work.
The bill was $1260. The (ugly) faucet was a $100 Home Depot special, call it $260 with steep contractor markup. That means his 90 minutes of labor was around $1,000 or $666 per hour. I wouldn't pay a divorce attorney that kind of money, even if I was Gwyneth Paltrow!
No complaints about the work or the professionalism - but man that price.
As George Bush once said, and quot;Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, ... I won't get fooled again.and quot;

"5-Stars for Shawn at Precision Air! We were looking for a dependable and experienced HVAC technician when it came time to replace our furnace and add AC. We discovered Shawn at Precision Air and couldn't be happier with our choice. Shawn was incredibly professional and responsive from the start. He listened to our requirements and explained all of our choices. He also provided us with a detailed and reasonable quotation. Shawn got right to work on the day of the installation and arrived on time. He took great care with his work and made sure everything was done correctly. He also took the time to instruct us on how to use our new system. Even after the installation, Shawn's follow-up was excellent. He contacted us many times to guarantee that everything was working effectively and to finish the final inspection after being paid. For all of your HVAC requirements, we strongly suggest Shawn at Precision Air. He is a real professional who is proud of his work and who we will surely hire again in the future."
