"I wanted a new shower enclosure. The estimate was one of the lower ones. I preferred the more-expensive frameless type but Richard said he wouldn't recommend it for my shower, so I chose semiframeless. There were problems with the supplier which delayed the installation. I wasn't 100% sure it was totally the supplier's fault, but I am happy with it now. Richard gave me a discount for the inconvenience of the delay and extra visits."

His cabinets automatically come with soft close etc., so there is no upselling from the quoted price. The installation, which he did with one employee, was smooth and swift.
