"Kellis know his stuff about dishwashers. Thank you! Clean, on time, and professional service. Thank you so much!"

"Work itself was good, but service was not so good. Arden checked out my dishwasher and gave a quote. Next day another guy showed up to do work and tells me my air gap needed replacing and now there would be another service charge plus cost of replacement as he would need to come back again. He did not reattach my water hose unbeknownst to me and when I turned on water it leaked all over. Next day Arden shows up to replace air gap and as I was not happy gave me discount finished work but could not put on bottom panel as the other repairmen took the screws, said he could come back anytime in the next couple weeks. About a week or so later I texted him and he said yes he would finish but then never heard back. Even when I texted again. While the dishwasher works fine the service was not."

"I needed help fast and they were able to get my washer running very quickly after I had tried for almost a week. Super responsive and professional. The technician was very kind and clearly knew what he was doing. He noticed how interested I was in the nomenclature of the machine and was able to educate me through the process. I highly recommend A-1 Professional Appliance."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

My focus is always quality. I treat every appliance like it's my own. I never cut corners, even if it's more expensive. While some of my competitors may seem cheaper, I will take the time to make sure it's the best option for the customer.\nSame day service is available.

"He is a professional and knows his business. I would call him again to fix any of my appliances. He is personable and very good at his job."

"Sebastian arrived earlier than the appointment time called us to let us know he was available earlier than the appointed time. We told him what the problem was and he fixed the washer in record time he was quick efficient and the result was excellent. We would definitely call him again for all our appliance repairs."

"Masood came out to my place today and repaired my freezer that died overnight. He came out on short notice and repaired it within a hour and had the parts with him. Price was great and saved me a lot of money if everything defrosted. I wonâ t call anybody else. What a great company. Thanks Masood."

"Affordable and knowledgeable. Fixed once and never a problem after that. Very accommodating to schedule and fair with pricing. Guy knows his trade. I would not recommend anyone else as per experience I got attitude and inflated estimates by other companies ! I was recommended to the owner Hayrol by a commercial customer of mine as their go to guy when repair of appliances is needed ! Fridge wasn’t working on the freezer side. Called that morning and by the evening I had a working freezer and is been 3 years no problems. A few months later my dryer broke and again he fixed it and serviced my washer machine. Can’t go wrong with Top 1 !"
