"Very happy with the outcome. Taylor analyzed the situation to ensure that there we no mitigating factors why a pressure relief was leaking (e.g. a failing PRV). Provided multiple options to address the leaking pressure relief valve (not on water heater, but a separately installed valve was leaking). After deciding on the valve replacement option, the work was completed within the hour (including picking up parts from a supply warehouse). Work area was left as found and the new installation looks better aligned with a faucet right next to it than before. The high quality part should last another 15-20 years. Taylor provided some education on the water system and the current setup, as to be able to look for any other signs in the future of something not working correctly with the plumbing before it becomes a problem. Also realigned the water pressure inside the house. The company's service is not inexpensive compared to some others out there. I still felt it was worth the investment."

"Tyler came out the same day, Fri, otherwise we would've had to wait until at least Monday with another plumber. He cleaned out the roots and was very respective of our property because the only access to the pump is through our master closet. After a thorough testing, it worked just fine until that evening when the pump came on and wouldn't shut off, so I just pulled the plug. It's supposed to turn on for only a short time (seconds) when waste water is present. Tyler came out the next day (Sat) and fixed the problem, which was that one of the floats in the basin was tilted on its side."

They only had a one hour window as opposed to some other devices that have 4+ hours which they arrived as promised. Not only did a service tech arrive, but the manager as well. Both were extremely professional and assessed the problem before taking any action. They isolated it to the mainline and was able to run a commercial snake to have everything unclogged in less than an hour. Once everything was tested with the other water lines to make sure the problem was resolved they cleaned up the work area and hooked up the lines back to the washing machine. I can't express how much I would recommend this company for jobs big or small. I'll definitely be reaching out to them for service in the future."
