He was able to determine that our roof, designed in 1997, had a flaw in the flashing and tile placement . We discussed the scope of work needed to fix the flaws properly. Aaron was so nice, kind, knowledgeable, articulate, and compassionate that he was able to completely put our minds and anxiety (caused by others) at ease so adequately that the repairs started the next day.
