They came out to complete a cleaning and provide me a quote for repair that was needed that they could visually see (this changed a bit as they began work and discovered additional damage but I was quickly made aware of the change and offered the option of additional repair). I had also been contemplating ceramic logs and wanted a remote controlled log system, they were able to assist with this as well. From the very first phone call to the completion of the interior system they were courteous, professional, punctual, and flexible. Great company and I would recommend them with no reservations and will use them for any future needs."

He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. I requested the full conversion quote as well as only replacement of the furnace unit. We obtained quotes for both standard 80% efficiency as well as for higher efficiency units. Over the period of about 2 weeks I had several phone and email exchanges with a representative over the quotes and details. I have to say that their service and respectful responsiveness was stellar. Ultimately we did not go with them for the replacement unit because of another quote that was significantly lower. However, we will likely continue to call them for service and will always consider them for future bigger jobs. <br />"
