"They were very friendly and nice. However, was not clear on pricing. I was quoted 49.99 when the guy came he looked at the door said it looked fine, but offered to lube and check the tracks so I wouldn't be paying for nothing. After that we were talking about the bent frame ( which is what I initially called them out for) and he said he could hammer it out. I said, ok. After that I had to pay and it ended up being 150.00 I was shocked and asked why. He said because I had he do extra things. It was a total surprise and I won't use their service again because I felt they lied to me. You should always be upfront with your customers about prices."

"We wanted to replace our original garage door. The house was built in 2006, so it was past due. We found Cesar and he came out to show us a sample of material and to decide on colors. We did that, paid a deposit, and started the wait. Well, about two weeks BEFORE the expected install date, Cesar texted and said the door was in and they could come and install it. We were available, so they came over and got to work. It took longer than I expected, but I'm not a garage door tech, so what do I know. They finished up, and it looks perfect. Now, about the crew, Cesar is a good dude. He's down to earth, friendly, and seems genuinely invested in customer relations. I didn't get the name of the guy helping out, but he was friendly as well, and didn't mind my dog sniffing around. After they finished, they cleaned up, demonstrated the new opener, and made sure we had the app operational. He answered our questions about the install and made sure we were absolutely comfortable with everything."
