"We had a slow start at first but that was not because of Ryan's service, we originally contacted him in February and was on his schedule for February 24th, however the current Job he was working took longer as the job apparently had grown into a longer job.  So we scheduled to February 27th, and then the rain started we had several much needed storms coming in and it was very important that the decks were totally dry before coating and it had to be dry for at least 48 hours after the coating.  Our next schedule was on April 8th due to March being off and on rain. <br /> When Ryan arrived at 10:00 in the morning he brought the material the his crew would need to complete the job, his crew was a little late but once the started the job they did a very efficient job and cleaned up after they were done they were very pleasant and professional. All in all we are very happy with Ryan and his crew. <br />"

After two contractor turn-downs (too busy to take our work), one way-over-priced quote, and two proposal no-shows, we were DELIGHTED with the responsiveness of Brik-Art's owner/president, Craig Beardsley, AND with his proposal for our job! My husband & I LOVED working with Craig & his entire crew, especially the crew supervisor, Charlie. With a job this size and varied, it was inevitable that clarifications & changes would be necessary along the way, and things went well every time. I should mention that we believe we're "partners" with our contractors, and owe them our respect & attention as the job progresses - and that this is critical to the overall success of the job. At least one of us is always on site to answer questions or clarify details/instructions. We're a retired aerospace engineer & aerospace subcontract manager, and carefully wrote up our "job spec" - and STILL had much to re-consider & clarify as we went along. We appreciate the crew's labor in the hot S. Cal. sun, and provided a cooler full of cold drinks, and a shady place for the crew to have lunch."
