Kris and Edgar showed up on time and immediately went to work taping and tarping cabinets and walls. I left them alone for the most part and checked periodically, but they thoroughly cleaned floor first then filled holes with epoxy mix that hardened immediately. Then they use a commercial buffer with a polishing compound that left and amazing shine! Even when new our floor never looked this good.

Due to some of the pits being so shallow they weren't able to fill completely but 100% better than before. And Kris, you forgot

that little place by the door jam but don't worry. I'll attach a picture.

"Very well, in fact great. BGB did a fantastic job with the remodel. Considering we were in the middle of a pandemic, Nir and his team went out of their way to get us done because they knew we were living out of our garage. The finishes were exactly what we asked for, and when we found a discrepancy, Nir made sure it got corrected to our liking. BGB is a company that worries about customer satisfaction and quality, rare these days. Some members of Nir’s team worth calling out are Ami the plumber and Max the Drywaller. Both are exceptional tradesmen. Nir’s flooring subcontractor also did a fantastic job. He came back out to finish the door transitions which was a very small job for him to drive from L.A. to Orange. Nir dealt with our scope creep very well, what started out as a kitchen remodel then included a wall removal, opening our family room to our dining room and flooring almost all of our house. His prices are fair and his management of the overall project was very effective. I would hire Be Green Builders again in a heartbeat. In fact we have a master bath upgrade on our list of projects and I will be calling Nir and Be Green Builders first."

"I took 3 bids for our garage remodel. Pearl Remodeling was by far the fairest bid and the most knowledgeable contractor. Ben Oded was my project manager. Unlike one of the other contractors who completely disregarded my ideas, Ben listened to my ideas and helped me realize them. The project ran into some delays as Ben worked to clear through permitting challenges. Thank goodness that Ben was so diligent in resolving those challenges. Ben and I were in constant contact from the beginning of the year until mid-July, when the job was completed (and I do mean constant communication, daily). The consistent communication was also very appreciated. At the end of the day, I felt I could trust Ben and that is a truly rare thing. I now have an great looking new garage work space with an attic that has a TON of storage. The outside of the garage looks great too! The polished concrete floor is pretty cool too!
