Get matched with top tankless water heater repair pros in El Sobrante, CA

"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. Thank you!"

"Perfectly. They cleaned everything up, explained how the system worked and how often it needs attention, and hauled away the old hot water heater. They arrived on time, worked steadily, and finished before dinner time."

"I don't know enough to compare (dollarwise) the tankless water heater I purchased to others in the market. I can say it's an impressive piece of equipment and is providing my desired level of service. I now have hot water throughout my home in seconds! AND, Dave impressed me immediately as a sound, honest, energetic business man and technician. In no time he and Carl were at my house doing the work I desperately needed. It was dark when they finished but they lived up to their word in fixing my hot water problem "today"!"

"The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."

"My water heater was leaking profusely all over my basement floor and needed to be replaced immediately. Usually getting someone to come over in an emergency is not easy, but when I phoned Arreaga Santos Plumbing Santos said he would come over right away, which he did. My heater is in a difficult place and hard to get to, but Santos and his assistant removed it with ease. Not only was this done fast, the minute details that he attended to were performed with great care and very high quality. Also, he's a very nice guy. Based on the entire situation there is no other plumber I would use in the future. Just call him, you will be as happy as I am."

"Everything went ok as far as I could tell, but yesterday a plumber told me the gas line was not large enough and that is why the water heater is not working properly."

"I highly recommend this company!!! He responded within minutes of my searching for a plumber. He came the next day and installed a new tankless water heater. He also found a faulty electrical outlet and repaired it as well. Quality workmanship. I will keep his number. His name was Harry."

"The plumber came almost at the end of the appointed time. When he arrived, he was fairly arrogant, and refused to negotiate despite coming from Angie's list. Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."

"Excellent from start to finish. Arrived on time, replaced our old water heater with a new one, left everything very clean and, from what I can tell, provided excellent workmanship at a very reasonable price."

"They quickly provided one day service call, and fit our repair into their busy schedule."
