He ran new wiring and an outside conduit to where the flood light was installed. He tested the photocell and said to let him know if there were any issues. "DOES NOT CHECK THEIR OWN WORK! I paid for regular checkup and ended up also paying for their recommended replacement of my contactor on the AC unit. After the work was done, I had to leave for an errand and came back to a HOT house, only to find that the tech did NOT turn my thermostat back on. He didn't tell me that I needed to do it, so basically, they're ok with leaving the customer in a lurch and NOT taking responsibility. I also had to call the next day to ask for an itemized receipt, since the tech never left me with a copy of what I paid for. Speaking of, they charged me $280 to replace the $40 part (massive labor charge), PLUS the $99 "service" fee. When they finally sent the invoice after I requested it twice, there was no itemization of the charges at all. This situation was so bad with how Robbins handled this scenario, that my husband called to try and rectify it. This company was recommended to me by my father-in-law, and I had been using them for the last three years. I will NEVER use them again, nor will I be recommending their services. No apology, no accountability, no good."
