He provided a detailed report and diagrams of the proposed solution. Jordan’s solution of installing a Smart Shield system inside the wall of my basement apartment was much more cost effective than attempting to fix the leak from outside. "Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one.
