"Shelley came out to our house and listened to what we wanted to use our space for and then walked through the basement with us. She explained the different types of pad and carpet that she thought would work best to meet our needs and then brought in several different samples for us to look at and feel. There were several price points to choose from and we chose a carpet that was very comparable (looked and felt the same to me!) to one that we had found at one of the big box stores. We had done some and quot;homeworkand quot;, at Shelley's suggestion, and had a price quote from two different big box stores so that we could compare apples to apples. The Carpet Connection price was almost $2000.00 LESS than the other quotes we had received! We selected our installation date and let Shelley handle the rest. It was so stress free and we are thrilled with the results! The installers were very nice and did a great job. We had a lot of carpet installed (1000+ sq. ft.) and they were here the majority of the day. They cleaned up everything and vacuumed the carpet before they left.
