"Everything went very well. Called requesting a short-notice appointment and got it, and the owner also provided the Angie's List discount. The technician arrived on time and proceeded to work right away. The carpet was left pretty cleaned and the long-standing stains were mostly gone with a faint trace/silhouette remaining for the darkest ones. Happy with the work done and will hire again when ready for the other areas of the house with carpeting."

I was confident they were the right ones to do the work and worth the trip (i live about 45 min away). They did very professional quality work at a great price. I would definitely bring more rugs to them for cleaning and repairs in the future. They answered all my questions over the phone before I brought the rug in. They provided an estimate in a few days after they had a chance to look at it, and it was ready to be picked up in about 10 days. Store had a great selection of rugs to buy, too.

UNFORTUNATELY, IT STUCK UP ABOVE THE TILE AND ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS TRIPPED OVER IT AND ALMOST FELL WHEN SHE CAME TO MY DOOR.
