I gave him a call and he was pleased to know about my project. He is amazing, understanding, professional, kind, pleasant to work with.He explained everything that I needed to know and updated me every step. He was on top of everything. Very organized with each team that he has. We had a little struggle with the county, for the permit and inspections but that didnâ  t stop him and he made thru . Very patient!! He works with amazing people. Billy and Jen did the finishing touches on my porch. They did a. great job. Im so thankful that I met them all and for the work they all done on my new Porch. It was the peak of Covid and I couldnâ t get a contractor to show up for scheduled appointments. "Jose and his assistant did a fantastic job and met all of our expectations and more. He was professional, honest, transparent, and his price for ALL the work we had done was VERY REASONABLE. Our house looks brand new and totally refreshed. Our 3,000 square foot house was completely repainted including power washing prep and taping off all windows, garage doors, facia, soffit, cedar trim, gutters, and down spouts. We additionally had the two decks off the back of the house sanded, repaired, and repainted. They look great. "I’m so glad we had the driveway painted! It finished off the clean crisp look of the house and is more hygienic as the unfinished concrete had dirt and mold on it. I don’t have to worry about that now, the water just beads off the driveway with a quick wash with the hose. Sal did a great job and we didn’t have to keep the cars off the driveway but a few days."

"When I posted my request to Angi, I promptly received an email from New Life Handyman Services (Joe Tragulia) stating that he was interested in doing the work for me. I replied back to him and then he followed up by calling me and asking if I would send him pictures of the needed repair and I did. Within minutes, he called me saying he was confident he could do the repair and informed me of his pricing structure. We scheduled a time for him to come to my house and was on time as he stated. He looked at the job and explained what we was going to do and I agreed. He took a trip to Home Depot and purchased what he needed (he gave me the receipt) and then made the repair. I watched him work and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. In short order, he finished, cleaned the area all in 2 hours. The price was totally unexpected, because the other contractors didn't want to do such a small repair or told me it was a difficult area to access the location on a 2nd floor dormer and would either need to build scaffolding and or tie-off with harnesses, which would have been very costly. Joe and his partner were confident and needed neither of that and had no problem reaching it. What could easily have cost me thousands from other contractors that I feel were going to gouge me, Joe did it for hundreds. He is an absolute Professional along with a very pleasant demeanor, along with very very reasonable pricing. Both my wife and I agreed we chose the right contractor to to the work for us and made us feel very comfortable that he was honest and did a fabulous job.
