"I had used a local business that closed as the owner retired. Seeking a replacement I used the List and reached out to OWCS. I spoke with Kevin's wife (family business), and after a very pleasant and informative conversation, scheduled Kevin for services. The only caveat was the time he was available was during a mandatory work call. Kevin arrived on time after a heads-up the day before. We were able to work out a workflow where any noise from the activity wouldn't interfere with the work I was doing. After completion and self-cleanup, my call had ended and so Kevin ran through the conditions of each item as he found them and the corresponding work/action taken. Recommendations were made for a two-year follow-up and maintenance schedule which I have already marked on my calendar.
