"The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. I would highly recommend this professional team."

He painted the majority of our first floor house and sanded the floor and stained our hardwood floor. His work is awesome and very nice person to deal with. "We used Above & Beyond Construction to gut and remodel one full and one half bathroom in our 1960-built house. This was our first big home remodeling project and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Chester and his crew were easy to work and communicate with, kept us updated with timing and progress, and identified additional issues that needed to be addressed (aka some really nasty old corroded cast iron pipes and cracked joists in our basement) to prevent future catastrophes. If we hadn’t fixed them we know we’d have ended up having to rip out the beautiful new bathroom within 6 months due to the failure of the old plumbing! They take pride in their work and take care to protect the rest of the house from dust and dirt, completely clean up the work site at the end of every day, and we had no problem trusting any of them in the house when we couldn’t be home. There were no budget surprises, either; the estimate was right on target. When we get up the nerve to tackle the gut rehab of our old kitchen we will look no further than Above & Beyond Construction!"

We weren't looking to remodel our entire kitchen. We called Frank's company after reading reviews on Angie's List. Frank came to our house and listened to our needs & concerns. He and his crew had great suggestions, ideas, and options on how to make our kitchen updated, functional, & aesthetic looking, all while keeping the cost within our budget. We had our kitchen updated with paint, new cabinet doors, a new backsplash, & kitchen knobs. This can be challenging during a Covid-19 pandemic but Frank & his crew made it work within our schedule. He and his crew were professional and pleasure to work with. We are extremely happy with the workmanship and quality of our remodeling experience and would highly recommend G & G Kitchen and Bath to our family and friends."

"We came up with the shower design and sourced the materials (all tile, shower assembly, grout, tile sealer, and shelves) ourselves. We solicited 3-4 bids for labor only. Kris submitted a very competitive bid and came in ahead of schedule and on budget. All of the work described above took only about 4 days, and he coordinated with a separate shower glass provider (GP Company Glass) to come the following week to measure and install the glass door. Kris and his assistant showed up on time every morning and were done by the time we got home each day. The workmanship (including tiling and grouting) was excellent, and they were very conscientious about cleaning up at the end of each day. After the shower assembly starting sagging due to its own weight, Kris even came back to install a ceiling pipe support that we provided. Bottom-line, Kris did a great job and helped make our shower remodel project run as smoothly as possible for a very competitive price."

"Project: Remodeled 2 full bathrooms. Working with Re-Bath of Chicagoland from the beginning of the project to the end was a great experience. We had 2 full bathrooms remodeled. Old vanity, counters, mirrors, toilet, tub, showers, exhaust vent fans, and floor tile were replaced. Wallpaper was removed in one bathroom. All walls and ceilings were painted. I appreciated all the open communications between the staff and ourselves. Scott came to our house to discuss our bathroom remodeling needs. He provided samples for us to choose from. It was great to not have to go somewhere else to see samples. Re-bath worked with the village to get the necessary permits. Once the permits were obtained, Re-bath made my project a priority to get done. Re-Bath also requested to use our garage space to store the material that was needed for the project and to also work in. Kevin came by in the morning and evenings to review progress and answer any questions. Dan handled the project with his co-workers to complete it. Dan worked with the village to handle all of the inspections. Kevin worked with the Plumbers and Electricians that were required to complete the project per the permits. At the end of each day, Dan and Kevin would review the progress of the project and answered any questions that I had. We also discussed what would be done the next day, when, and who would be arriving the next day so that I always know who to expect. The staff made sure that the area in the house and garage were clean at the end of each day. If someone was going to be late, Dan would call and explain the change. Communication each day and throughout the project was excellent. It kept me informed and allowed me to understand each step that was being taken to make sure that the project was completed to my satisfaction. My wife and I are completely happy with how the project turned out. We would both highly recommend Re-Bath of Chicagoland to anyone."

Went went through a second bidding cycle and Jose from from CAB Remodeling responded promptly. His pricing was very reasonable. He and his assistant did a great job. Would we hire him again?
