"Darryl and his nephew did great work again, even as we added more to the remodel he made time to do the work. He replaced some of the sub flooring where I had weak spots, all new flooring and baseboard with accent. He also ripped out my old sliding glass door and replaced it with French doors that I bought which he also picked up for me. He will be doing my guest bathroom shower next."

They treat the lawn several times per year for weeds, they fertilize, perform soil sample tests, etc. Am the only house on the block with a weed free lawn."

"Working with Construction Specialties of Columbia Inc. was a wonderful experience. Daniel and his team are true professionals. Daniel is attentive, detail oriented, and most importantly honest. His projected cost for the project aligned pretty close to the final tally, which is indicative of Daniel's knowledge of the construction and remodeling field, his attention to detail, and his familiarity and working relationship with community suppliers and individuals in the various trades.
