"I?m not even sure where to start. The poor quality lumber with a plethora of knots, cracks, and defects; the nailing of a board on top of a tree branch; or the mess of discarded water bottles and boards with screws and nails strewn across the yard. Add that to the large voids between mitered boards, cut electrical wires, and shorten circuits. When we addressed these issues (and we had to go through his wife) he replaced the boards, but the quality and workmanship was no better. He never cleaned up the mess he left (which consisted of 3 industrial sized heavy duty trash bags) and complained that he has gone to work sites in the past where he had to clean up other people?s messes. We strongly discourage anyone from hiring L3 installers. "

"They make life easy and projects exceptional. Grateful to have them in Lexington, SC! We worked with Palmetto Renovations from fall of 2023 through February of this year and we should have connected with their design specialty showroom and staff years ago as our home has never looked better. Our kitchen finally features real stone quartzite with a blend of stunning LVP waterproof flooring, elegant tiled backsplash and an entirely new lighting system from chandeliers to the under cabinet lighting. They replaced a window in the bay area to match the exterior clad. All trim was stained and by the time things were wrapped up, there were no imperfections to even address. It was an experience to brag about."
