"I contacted Ruddys Roofing for an inspection of my roof and to repair a damaged shingle. When Jake Hargis arrived he was on time and very helpful. I explained to him that I had a damaged shingle that needed to it fixed or repaired. I also wanted the roof inspected for other damage. Jake stated that he would get his latter a get started. When he came back to the door he the shingle could be repaired. He also stated that there was no additional damage to the roof. I asked Jake when he could do the repair and he responded that he had every thing in his truck and he could do it now. Jake did great job on the repairing the. Shingle. Their marketing person spent about 6 hours at my home inspecting/photographing the existing roof condition from the outside and inside the attic, explaining their product, the warranty, and the installation process. The materials were delivered the day before the installation. The 5-man installation crew showed up the next day as scheduled, including a truck-mounted trash bin. 8 hours later I had a new asphalt tile roof with new plywood wood base, liner and edge-to-peak ventilation system. The post install cleanup was thorough, including a magnet sweep for nails. The crew members were cordial, careful and thoroughly professional.
