"We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass doors, and all of the siding on the back of our house. If I'd known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- it's significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner. "We needed a new roof because of hail damage. We called Tim. He arrived the next day and assessed the damage. He offered to be there when the adjuster showed up, which he did. Because of Tim, we made sure we got everything covered with the equivalent quality of roofing. Not only did Tim do the job but he added additional vents and replaced a lot of rotten trim. In the process, he discovered a rotten support beam on our porch. It was a little tricky, but that was replaced also. Because of the excellent work, we hired Tim to design and replace 3 pergolas using redwood. Beautiful, excellent job. We highly recommend Tim Riley and Sons."

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer.
