They ensured no insulation was in the overflow drain pans of water heater or AC since that could clog the overflow drains causing them to backup. We opted to use tile that looked like wood on the 1st floor - house is just under 3,000 sq ft. My sister and neighbor did the same with tile due to their dogs. No more scratched wood floors and they are perfect. New carpet and thick pad for. second floor and it looks and feels great! Miranda is the manager/owner along with Manor and she walked us thru everything, time frames, etc. Two crews - one for carpet and one for tile.
