Kent , the owner, was great and everything he told me was correct. I have waited to post my evalution because I wanted to receive my first utility bill after completion. My utility bills in the summer were ranging from $250-$300 a month. I have a 2267 square foot home with a pool. My first bill since my new installation was $200.00, a wonderful drop from last year. "Stellrr is, without a doubt, one of the best contractors I have used in Austin... Our home was built in 1980, and the has all the wiring and rewiring that can be expected in 30+ years... Last year, we decided to remove the old insulation from the attic as a way to get a handle on a pest issue that we had... but because the attic is so old, and so much 'stuff' is laying around, we didn't want to use the more common blown insulation as replacement; after some research, we came across Stellrr, and the abundance of information they provided enabled us to make a more educated decision that we would otherwise have made... Wayne Mansur was willing to spend a long time over the phone answering all of my questions, and when he came to our home, he was very meticulous in taking all relevant measures... The actual job took a little over two days to complete, and once it was finished, we were able to feel the effects of superior insulation from day one! I should say here that, and because we had removed the old insulation in the Fall of last year, the early days of Summer, when he had no insulation at all, were pretty toasty inside the house - the AC unit would not stop working between morning and evening, and could not catch up with the modest setting we had - 79F... "The repair man was courteous, prompt, thorough, answered my many questions, provided a checklist of what was being inspected and finished quickly.  He brought all his tools including a ladder to inspect the cooler unit on the 2nd floor roof.  We decided to get the three year contract  for two inspections a year with priority scheduling.  That option also lowered the price per visit.  The final contract was completed and mailed to us.  Although we couldn't use any of the on-line coupons, we were happy with the service and the price. <br />"

"Jeff and his team were phenomenal. 2 contractors we hired previously either provided terrible quality work or plain didn't show up when they were scheduled pushing the project back months. Jeff and his team ALWAYS showed up the day/time they said they would be here. They took our design image for our kitchen partial remodel and it came out exactly how we pictured. Not only did they do a great job on our kitchen we also had them fix shoddy work by a previous contractor on a wet bar/cabinet install. They took 3 days to fix and finish what it took another contractor 4 months to leave a mess and half finished. I highly recommend Jeff and team. "Outstanding! I needed to have an old system replace and then a second unit reconfigured, then insulation added. Electrical work needed to be updated. The sales representative Mark Hogan provided excellent customer service he was professional, courteous, and punctional. Everything was explained in great detail. The install team of Luis and Roman were equally professional and would answer and explain in detail. They were both very professional and courteous. Each day they tidy up and leave my home clean. They took great care and treated my home with respect. After all the heavy lifting was finish Doug came in to see to all the detailed finishing touches. Doug is an expert!! I can not say enough of how well the job was done, from the initial sale to the final walk through with Austin Energy. The final outcome on my electric bill has already dropped significantly."
