"Within 48 hours of our contacting United Freight, the car was picked up at a convenient location. The driver responded to all of our calls and dropped the car off within the range of dates selected. Very professional at loading and unloading. No damage to the car that we could find. Very happy with the service. We had first tried another brokerage but after a month they still had not found a driver to transport the car. The United Freight rep was very clear about how the process works."

"<p>The home inspection went very well. It took Craig about 4 hours or so to completely inspect the home. We had no major issues but some cosmetic functional, and safety issues. It seems that his focus was on safety. The report was sent back to us the same day. Craig verbally reviewed the photos he took and his conclusions based on the photos. Although we were aware of some issues, Craig was able to uncover some we were unaware of. For example, all outside outlets are supposed to be GFCI protected. One of ours was not. Same thing for outlets on kitchen or bar counters. I had one at a bar that was not GFCI protected. There was also a plumbing code requiring copper discharge pipe from a water heater to open less than 6 inches from the ground. Ours was about a foot off the ground or so. Many of these things are building code items I was unaware of, and I'm glad Craig was able to find them so we can correct them prior to our home going on the market. </p> <p>He also looked at our drip irrigation system, but did not check the backflow valve saying that is not part of his inspection. Nevertheless, I believe the water company wants that done so as not to have a possible source of fresh water contamination. He did point out some leaks, however, which were fixed. </p> <p>He also did not check out the septic system, saying that I need a qualified septic inspector to do that. Obviously, this could be very important for a home sale and I was a bit disappointed about that. I suppose most home inspectors would not do this and I also assume that such an inspection would be more costly than the price for a standard home inspection.</p> <p>I did have a $30 off coupon from Angie, but it turns out he charged me $30 extra because my house is somewhat large (around 2900 sf. single floor. </p> <p>Anyway, I thought it was a very good inspection with a prompt and complete report. </p> <br />"

"The whole process was smooth. Phil measured and quoted the shelves. They came in about 3 weeks later and Phil installed. We are very happy to be able to use our pantry efficiently. With full extension pull-out shelves, items in the back are just as easy to access as items in the front."

"Gary and his staff were all very professional and cordial. The quality of the work performed by them is excellent. Even though they had a particularly difficult installation of the double front entry door, the results are spectacular. I will return to Noah's Ark for all our future remodeling and repair needs."

"Mr. Kerlin arrived around 9:15 am and examined the door. After discussing the details of the project with me, he immediately went to Home Depot to buy the necessary materials. While there, he called to discuss the types of wood available and their costs. Upon returning, he stayed with the job untl it was done, leaving around 7 pm. "
