Installer obviously did not know how to install tile floors. Floors not finished under cabinets. (Out of sight, out of mind?) Tile not even, not level. Grout too low. One bathroom regrouted within a week. It has been one year this month and bathroom #2 is in desperate need of regrouting. Pieces of grout fell out within the first month or so. I would highly recommend them for bathroom renovations. Surrounds are very easy to clean/maintain. Cabinets are nice. Workmanship was excellent (except floors). If having a tile floor installed, be sure to ask for someone with tile experience and be sure to actually watch the entire floor installation."
