"Main Street Oriental Rugs did a great job cleaning our Persian rug. We accidentally dropped a wine glass and splashed red wine all along a white border. Main Street came to the rescue. They picked up the rug the same day that I called, moved a heavy coffee table to get to it, and returned it, clean, as promised 10 days later. They did a deep cleaning and I can honestly say the colors are more vibrant now than when we sent it out. The red spots have vanished and we are very pleased with the outcome. "He did a nice job with the cleaning. Carpets look refreshed and random pet- and kid-stains are gone. The carpet stretching was for two wrinkled areas in the path of high traffic of a 12-year-old carpet. After stretching and cutting the carpet around a floor vent he asked me how I wanted him to fix the area around the vent which was now off center from the stretching and gave me a couple options which I felt was odd. I thought he should know how to handle it so it looked the best. I did make a choice and it looks fine but the whole interaction left me a bit puzzled. In the end the carpet looks good and has probably bought me a few more years of use looking nice before it will be replaced."

They took up everything. Some of the appliances had to be moved out, so they moved them and put them back. They even put in a new toilet for us. They were very cooperative. They were prompt. There were about six or seven guys. They did a good job. They cleaned up all of their work and took away our old toilet. They were professional. Everything was really good."
