"Repair guy?s name is Henry. He serviced the unit from 3:50 to 5pm (he arrived at about 3:40pm). He was very friendly and answered all my questions regarding the maintenance of the unit. 
The service was purchased through Angie's List for a $59.00 "Air-Conditioning Tune-Up or Diagnostic and Up To 1 Pound of
Refrigerant". I needed an extra lb. of Freon so the total price came to about $125. One only thing to be aware is that some AC tune up includes indoor and outdoor coil cleaning which is necessary from time to time. This one doesn't.
Overall, the service was good. I wish there was a way to give this review an A- or B+ instead of a plain B. Some other places offer coil cleaning (which is a labor intensive task) for just $20 more. This is the only reason I didn't give the price an A.

"Unfortunately, he was trying to hang up one of my mirrors and he scratched it in two places. He is supposed to replace the mirror at this point, but his overall service was fine. I don't know, it happens. It wasn't intentional. I am not angry or anything, but it's just that I have to replace a mirror. He took his time with the other things that I needed done. It was just unfortunate that the mirror got scratched. He was on time. He was prior to the time. He introduced himself and seen what I needed done before going on the clock."
