I have been disappointed with such products in the past, but the allure of keeping all the seeds and leaves out of the gutters made me give it one more try. In addition to my unusual roof, I also waited really late in the season to get started on this job. PGG worked hard to get the job done despite unusually early snowfall that they had to work around. I will have to see the gutters in action for a while before I can be sure, but for now they seem to be good. I would hire PGG again."

"Devan was the project manager who came to closeout my original roof project. He then noticed that because I had gotten a metal roof that it was recommended I upgrade my gutter system. From start to finish Devan has been fantastic. Staying in constant communication and answering all my calls and texts. Even handling every lil issue I had and making sure I was nothing but satisfied. Even taking the time on his last day in The production department(he was promoted, as he should be) to come closeout my gutter. Devan and Caleb and all the home Genius employees are the reason that this company truly is a different t experience. "Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."
