"As you can see Huver has done several things for me. His pricing is fair and he works with you to give you what you need within your budget. The last job he did I was recovering from surgery. The first day I had to ask them to leave early and he said no problem and said if I wanted to skip the next day that would work. He said my health came first. I highly recommend he for any thing you may need done."

"I was lucky to have my job scheduled in between rainy and dry periods and got the job scheduled before the summer season got going. Steven, the estimator & project manager, communicated extremely well and was very reliable. The woodwork was done quickly by highly skilled carpenters. There were several days of waiting the rain out, but that was unavoidable. Painting prep took several days because of the poor condition of the weathered surfaces. There were a lot of stucco cracks that had to be sanded down that I had put caulk over originally. There was additional work done after more dry rot was discovered on my garage roof. The price and little extras of the job was extremely fair."

"Paul and Colton were on time and very professional. Great communication and went above and beyond."

"We had several projects that Kelley Ventures completed for us. They are the BEST. Professional, always on time, communicated with progress, & daily clean up was immaculate. We would recommend without hesitation for any job."

"Our kitchen remodel exceeded our expectations, providing us with a beautiful and highly efficient space for cooking and gathering. We're thrilled with the results, as the new design seamlessly integrates style and functionality."

"Insanely knowledgeable about his trade. I had a very tricky remodel on a single wide trailer and he got it done in a timely manner and all work was solid. Very friendly man and I m happy I got sent his number. Ty."

"Raul was very responsible and detail oriented professional contractor. He got job done neatly and fast. We really like his working attitude."

"Michael did a great job of removing an old garage door and installing a new door and frame and a new security door on our house. See attached picture. He took extra care and workmanship to make sure doors fit properly and securely in the opening. He also is very tidy and very friendly. Would recommend him 100% to others and use him in the future!"

"I’ve worked with Mike and his team for years on all kinds of projects, and they’ve always been amazing to work with. The quality of their work is top-notch, they stay on budget, and everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Their design sense is excellent and they always manage to get things done right on time. I can’t recommend them enough, truly a reliable, talented, and easy-to-work-with crew."

"This project was for remodeling 3 bathrooms and a total kitchen remodel. The construction workers were very skilled. They were very good about listening to our suggestions along the way. I would suggest that the construction foreman be present along with the salesman when the project is estimated so that technical issues and be better clarified. For example, we removed carpet and installed DVT vinyl flooring which resulted in different leveling issues. These issues could have been resolved early on rather than brainstorming solutions with the workers at the ends. The project was done on time as scheduled even though we added some changes along the way. The electrical subcontractor should have clarified options for wiring for the kitchen better. The only negative comment I can make is that we thought the cost was a little high, however the quality was very good. The final project is beautiful."
