"We had a piece of aluminum fascia trim blown off the front of our house in the recent high winds. The piece that fell to the ground needed to be replaced since it was bent up. There was also a section of fascia by the garage that needed to be re-positioned and secured, along with another small section of trim that needed to be re-secured under the siding above the garage. Austin got us a quote quickly after Paul took a look in person, and the we were scheduled within a few days to have the work done. We opted for the more expensive option of replacing the entire gable trim so it matched better instead of just the one piece. Paul did a great, efficient job in the cold and windy weather. He's a nice professional person to work with."

"All the staff from Sidings and Windows group were very skilled and professional. Alberto's team did an amazing job in every detail of siding our 100 year old Oak Park Bungalow. They removed all old siding and stucco and replaced it with siding, also installed new gutters and soffit. They also replaced several old basement windows and 2 small living room windows and the window work was also excellent. They replaced a section of roof over our back porch. The house looks great, we also noticed a significant improvement on the insulation of our house immediately, we were able to set the temp of our AC higher and still stay cool. "In May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!"

"A&D replaced our parent's aged roof. Darek came a good distance to provide a free estimate. He explained thoroughly the work that his company would complete, as well as why it needed to be done. He offered material options and encouraged us to seek additional estimates for comparison purposes. A&D was extremely responsive with followup communication. When reaching out with questions, their response time to our inquiries was extremely fast. A&D followed through on all of their promises. A large work crew showed up on time and completed a complete tear off, down to the rafters, installed sheathing, ice & water shield (72 in.), all underlayments and shingles. They were done with the job, in it's entirety, by 5:00 p.m. Darek and Maciej spent several hours at our house, overseeing and working alongside the crew. They met all terms of the agreement and went above and beyond - sealing gutter end caps that were leaking and installing attic baffles, without asking for additional compensation. Afterwards, the crew spent time cleaning up the perimeter of our home, leaving no material wrappings or nails on the ground. Darek visited our parents' home the day after the roofing work, to ask if we had any questions and if we were pleased. He encouraged us to call A&D's office we had any issues with the roof moving forward. A&D Home Improvement is a company with the highest level of integrity. "We needed a large bay window (original to our 50+ year old home) replaced. We were looking to replace it with a picture window and contacted a few companies for bids, but Berg gave the best quote. Also, John pointed out some potential related work that would result from the change. I had thought of these too, but John was the only one who mentioned it to me up front. Which means we didn't have any surprises during installation and Berg's quote was inclusive. John was easy to work with and always responsive. The two gentlemen who installed the window did a phenomenal job with great attention to detail. Overall a fantastic experience."

"I really, really don't want to tell people about Old World Carpentry because I want to keep James all to myself. He's that good. He is incredibly responsive and he communicates, which is difficult to find in most contractors. He takes his time and is detail-oriented. He finds pleasure in restoring what's old so it looks new. I truly want to keep finding projects for him to do so we can keep him busy and not have to share him. Alas...I suppose someone else can have him for a week or two."
