"I would highly recommend Chicago Reno. Our basement unfortunately had cracked cast iron pipes, and our basement was in shambles because of the plumbing work that was needed. We were looking for a contractor to put our once finished basement back together again. It was a complete tear down and renovation. The team at Chicago Reno are wonderful people. Ben in the office was very professional, very easy to talk with and always got back to me as soon as possible. The quote for the job and it’s timeline was fair, realistic, reasonable and no hidden costs. The crew that worked on my basement, Ivan and Renee were highly qualified, paid close attention to every detail and extremely respectful to me, my family and my home. They listened to me when I talked about ideas and concerns and always answered my questions clearly for me to understand. I fully trusted them to guide and help me through the process of our renovation. The crew was reliable, came out every day and stayed on schedule. I was completely ecstatic with the final product of our basement renovation project. The quality and craftsmanship put into the project went beyond my expectations. They presented me with my options and helped talk through the decision making process. Once we landed on 'let do the gutters first', they broke down the details, materials, steps and costs to insure I understood and was comfortable moving forward. Then, Midwest Home Improvements team came and measured, obtained whatever permits were needed, and had new gutters fabricated and on my house within two weeks without any additional effort or inconvenience on my part. Communication was clear and frequent and there was no mess! If I didn't already know and they weren't a completely different color, I probably wouldn't have even noticed a whole crew of people had been there working.
