Get matched with top sunroom or patio enclosure builders in Elk-mills, MD

"The work they did for me was beautiful and they left no mess! They even came out three months later to lengthen my downspout to clear the new patio I had laid down."

"Our overall experience with Chesapeake Home Improvement was very positive. Quality -- The QUALITY IS TOP NOTCH..!! Even my (Engineer) father-in-law was highly impressed..!! Professional & Courteous -- The crew of Dave & Keith were always polite and willing to explain everything they were doing. Customer Service - - Dave was willing to modify the design (a couple of times) to suit our needs. He discussed alternatives to help us make the best decisions based his input. Dave will always take your call or return your call the same day. Timing -- The multi-level deck was built within the time Dave estimated. Investment -- Chesapeake Home Improvement will give you a competitive quote. It probably will not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and you WILL get quality work. I am not quick or comfortable giving recommendations; however, in the case of Chesapeake Home Improvement I will make an exception. We truly enjoy working with Dave Gordon and his guys, Dave & Keith. We will absolutely call them back for our next project."

"

The window replacements were done 3-4 years ago.  The windows are good quality.  The measurement of one window was not done properly and the installer did a fix by adding spray foam.  The deck was done 2 years ago.  The deck installers were fired as they made so many mistakes.  The deck install was suppose to be done in a week, it took 3 weeks.

I had a service tech com out to check a deck problem in May.  He is no longer working there and was laid off with almost all of the staff in Gaithersburg.  I called over a week ago for a service follow-up call.  The receptionist in Baltimore answered the phone, as there is no one in Gaithersburg and the phones are forwarded.  I am still waiting more than a week for a follow-up service phone call to be returned by the person who schedules service calls.   I have no idea how long it will take before someone can come to my home.  I am concerned that if I had a major problem, I would be waiting months to get a window repaired.

"We Love our deck!! It was custom built by Horizon with flower stands, custom lattice and benches. They also staining decks and gave me good advice on what product to use to finish it since we wanted to do it our self. He also build and installed wooden wide custom shelfs in our walk-in closet. Serge was very reasonable and super nice guy, would hire him again."

"Remodels are always an inconvenience. Juan's crew were as good as it gets. Overall good value for the cost."

"The deck looks really good and I would use them again in future. I have also recommended them to others."

"Had used their tech Fred twice before with no problems. They were very responsive but other tech scheduled had urgent dental work. Rescheduled three more weeks out with other tech. Had headphones in and did not hear knock or call. Rescheduled and I mistook date and was in Maine when they arrived. Since I was outside their usual area I felt it better to cancel project since I only had six months lease. They stated would refund, and I will appreciate since I am a senior in fixed income."

"When I got the estimate from them to do quite a bit of work, I was nervous because I didn’t really know them. I never regretted moving forward with them- not for a second. They show up when they say they’re going to, they stick to the timelines they estimated, there weren’t any hidden costs or additional charges, they are all very professional and friendly, and lastly, their workmanship is unparalleled. Everything was done impeccably and with precision. I would, and have, recommend them to anyone looking to have work done"

"Excellent work by very nice people at a very fair price. They are now meticulously building the neighbor a garage. Will be contacting again in future"
