"The job was done satisfactorily but they quoted $59 and charged $185 with no detailed receipt. Repairman was here less than an hour and I have no idea what parts he used to make the repair. Why get a quote on Angie's List only to be charged three times the quote?"

"I purchased a new shower faucet and cartridge for the repair. Donny told my wife and I to save on the new faucet and wait till we did some wall/tile repair if we were to remodel in the near future. Rather than following our first wishes he may have saved us around $400, or more by being honest and a good guy. We had the cartridge replaced for our Moen faucet. It operates very well and no drips (bad for the Cat though!). We had additional savings when we returned the faucet to Menards. The cartridge was about $36-$39. We have used Randy Lane several times (maybe 5-7 times) and were quite satisfied. They have been our plumber of choice for several years. This was our first plumbing work completed by Donny. Not our last for sure!"

"Handy Voy provided top notch service! They were kind, helpful, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be reaching out to them for future home repair needs and will recommend them to my local friends and family."

"I brought in several of the highest rated plumbers on Angie's list for bids so I knew they would all do quality work.   I then went with the lowest bid, which was Burkhardt by a landslide.  The bid I received from them was less than half of what the other top rated plumbers bid.
They only have a few employees and they had one guy do all of the construction work at my house.  My project took 4 days which included breaking up the floor, running drain and vent pipe, running water pipe, and recementing the floor.
I was very impressed with the work.  When he came to the house I went over how I wanted everything done and he did everything exactly how I explained it.  I also made some additions to the scope of the project after he started and he took care of them with a "can do" attitude.  I needed him to reroute some existing water pipe and to install a shut off valve.  He also left my basement spotless when he was done with no reminents of all the cement and sand that was on the basement floor during construction.  I would hire Burkhardt Plumbing again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality plumbing work done at a fair price.

"
We were very happy with the services PGC provided. The granite selection at their office was more than adequate. The granite was cut and installed to perfection. All communication was timely, complete and with very good follow-up on the entire project.  We were very satisfied with the outcome and would not hesitate to use PGC on any future projects.  We would highly recommend their services.Lou & Kathy Cristan"

"They are excellent. I have never had any dissapointment at all. They are very clean and professional. All around a good experience."

"They were very good to work with. I was satisfied with them. They made a lot of recommendations about other things in the house that were related to that project without coughing up money for that information. We had another contractor with whom we were not pleased with but Sharpe Construction fixed a part of that problem for us. That was not charged to us. He was a very honest person. He was very clear about about our expectations and what could be done to fix and what was not necessary to fix. He was very pleased to do the project and worked well with other contractors in the house at the time. The project was completed on time and at estimated cost."

"Our experience with Hal was excellent.  Before any of the work began we met with Hal a couple of times to describe our needs and discuss design options.  Hal is a good listener and after our meetings he proposed ideas that immediately reflected that.  During the job he kept in regular contact with us and solicited our preferences when situational design or construction decisions needed to be made.  Hal and his crew were always courteous, friendly and very pleasant to have working around the home.  They were also very trustworthy.  The main thing that drew us to Hal was that each job he does is a custom design and is piece-built, no pre-fab.  Hal is truly a craftsman which is very rare to find. Hal used high quality, sturdy materials. The fence is straight, solid, and very pleasing to the eye. We're immensely pleased with the outcome.  We heartily endorse Hal.  We felt so pleased and comfortable working with Hal that we have hired him to do some other projects on our home.

"He’s been here three or four times since then. He’s actually coming back at the end of January when we’re ready for the finishing. By January, he will be doing the plumbing on our laundry. It’s our first time to use him."
