They were able to very quickly come to our property, measure, and provide an exact cost for the gutter material and installation cost. Working with them was a very easy process. When Bob, the owner, came out to measure. He provided the estimate as well as the background to the company. He shared warranty information and explained the process of hanging the gutters. They did not require anyone to be home for the install. I received a call from the operations manger stating they would be out in the next few days. The issue I was having trying to get it fixed was that the latter two jobs were too small to attract interest from other contractors, but Serg from JIS Pashur construction not only did a fantastic job outfitting my house with gutters, but because he has prior experience with siding/soffit/fascia, he was able to do my soffit/fascia project PLUS replace the wood trim, all under one quote. So instead of me having to seek out 3 different professionals, Serg was able to do it all. It was such a relief to get it all taken care of at once, and Serg did great work at a very good price. The work was completed very quickly, and Serg was excellent at explaining what my options were (including some less expensive options rather than pushing me toward higher priced options), and I really appreciated that. "Overall a good job. They were able to finish in a day plus a a couple hours the next morning. They look nice but there are a few areas where the gutters are not level, tilted, or gaps. Cutting and angles on a few were a little messy and not seamless. I?m happ with the gutter covers, but again a few area where the covers are not uniform in their transition from one to another and shingles are lifted. Plan to call back and have a few things fixed."
