"After receiving a ridiculous quote from a big box retail store, I decided to try my luck with Granite Works, and I'm glad I did.
The whole process was wonderful-all their staff were courteous and very helpful, and they answered all my questions completely. Their prices are very reasonable, they have a wide variety of options to choose from, they have good deals and specials, and they don't treat you differently if your project is a small one. They were very honest about all the charges, both actual and potential, and they always made sure I was comfortable with everything.
They explained their process to me and followed it to the letter. Their staff were always punctual, both for the templating, and for the installation. The installation went perfectly, and they gave me clear and specific instructions on how best to care for my new countertops.
I am very pleased with the quality of their service, and I still love my beautiful new countertops, sink and faucet. I highly recommend Granite Works.

"Todd was extremely responsive and called to schedule an in-home estimate the moment I clicked "request a quote" on the Angie's List site. He provided an estimate for both quartz and granite. I then went to their showroom to choose the quartz I wanted (and the sink and faucet) and to schedule the measuring. The laser measuring of my kitchen was very cool. Then the installation was scheduled--counters, sink, and faucet--and it all went very smoothly--even with a run to Home Depot by the plumber for a fitting. I really like that they contract the plumber and that all the installation is done in one day, so there's no down time in teh kitchen."

"We recently chose Black & White Kitchen and Bath to do a full renovation in our townhouse. We worked closely with Mr Zelaya. We were instantly impressed with Zelaya's patience as we asked a lot of questions and needed a lot of guidance, as this was our first time going through a renovation project. Most of the time they were there 8:30am-5pm or later. The workers were professional, ensuring to protect our floors, furniture, and have plastic up for dust protection and always cleaned up the job site each evening prior to leaving. For our work, we needed them to complete demolition of our current kitchen, remove a wall, install all new cabinets/hardware and backsplash, and we had them expand a hall closet to accompany our washer/dyer which was in our kitchen. All of this work was completed in about 3 weeks. We would highly recommend Black & White Kitchen and Bath for a kitchen and bathroom renovations to others. We are, and anyone who sees our kitchen, is so impressed with the quality of the finished product and the timeline for completion. It has been over 3 months and all their work is in great shape. "After doing our homework, my wife and I selected Mega Kitchen and Bath for complete remodels of our master bath and hall full bath. We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. Felipe, the project manager, came by almost every day. Not that he needed to, because the installers (Johnny and Grover) were courteous and extremely hard working. The project was completed on schedule and the quality of the work was such that we did not have any punch lists items once the baths were completed.
