"Robert arrived right in the middle of the 2 hour window we had scheduled. He is friendly and very nice. The clothes washer wasn’t filling with water. The house is on a well and Robert discovered some particulates had clogged the hose connection water screen at the back of the washer. Robert fixed it in 10 minutes and recommended a filter at the output line of the well tank. I’m semi-handy and so I bought and installed the filter myself. The service call base price was so reasonable. We were relieved that the washer wasn’t needing major repair! So beyond nice and friendly, Robert is also kind and generous. We called on him a couple more times before selling the house. I heartily recommend Robert. It is refreshing to know someone who will fix it right in the most efficient way. Thanks RP - keep on with your honest, happy approach!!!"

"First time to use the company to repair my 27 yr-old clothes dryer. Scheduling service was easy and a pleasant experience. Ben arrived on time, wearing face mask and gloves to comply with the COVID-19 issues. Ben was knowledgeable and courteous; diagnosed the problem as a fuse issue and also did a quick overall inspection. Repairs were quick and inexpensive;, and Ben left the area clean and back in order - wonderful news and I highly recommend this company."

"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."
